We asked for a good hotel i Chiang Mai, can not really understand how they so highly recommended this hotel. They do not inform us that galla dinner was put on the price. Room and bathroom was huge, but only one chair. We had to sit in the bed to watch TV, not easy with a mini-TV. Hard to understand how they can call it a botique hotel. Internett very slow and somtimes not working. We stay during the new year. Without knowing it, we paid for galla dinner, wich was very poor, and not worth the price of 6000 bat for two. Staff is unbelievably friendly, serviceminded and sweet. Never felt so welcome and spoiled. The rooms were clean, neat and well equipped. Pool side fantastic, and the restaurant excellent with reasonable prices and a morning buffet leaving nothing to desire!
