The hotel is situated about 10 mins drive from Patong centre. This means using the shuttle into town only problem is this service stops at 2100, should be a little later. A tuk-tuk will charge you 200 THB to get back! We stayed in a Superior room which was a good size and clean. Hotel facilities were great, good size pool, gym and the wife enjoyed the beauty spa (probably too much). The swim up bar was great, drink service could be slow at times but generally pretty good. The rooms were great although would recommend getting a room with a seperate shower as the shower heads above the bath are only about shin height. Good service.The breakfast and the cleaning of the room was good. But the room smell bad. We have to bay a smelling bottle. We stay in a deluxe room, and we have a big balcany, but all the tree s destroyed for the view. Could be less tree s.It was good whith free shuttle bus, but you only have a transport from the hotel to the center until 9.00 pm . It should be better if you have a shuttle bus until 12.00. The thai food on the hotel was very good. We like us a lot, and we may come back. " |

Even if the suite was big enough it was a little problem with the beds - they had to sleep in the sofa bed and it was a bit too small.
