by Stephan Freund Visit Date:November 9, 2009 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "the location ist perfect for a shopping trip. very friendly staff, the rooms are in urgent need of renovation. The bathroom is old and very low. The shower will end at a height of 180 cm.As for the food, in one sentence: In the shopping center you can find better and cheaper" |
always OK with Sawadee. Good job!, November 22, 2009 by Mr. Carlos & Mrs. Dewi Sequeira Visit Date:November 6, 2009 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "We enjoyed stay at Lotus hotel. We booked Deluxe room for our honeymoon. Nice hotel, staff are friendly. They decorated our bed with 2 towel swans and red white roses. Very romantic. We didn t need to shop far away cause the shopping mall is just at doorstep from the hotel. We will stay again at Lotus hotel." |
by Norman Trevor King Visit Date:August 18, 2009 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "My stay was most enjoyable. My only complaint is the price of a glass of red wine in the lounge bar. 295baht per glass is the price of a good bottle of red wine in Australia. At 200baht for fillet mignon steak I considered very inexpensive. The service re transfers was excellent." |

by Walairak Intarasuwan Visit Date:August 4, 2009 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "The rooms furnishings are getting a little old now and the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. All the staff are very good and there is a large shopping centre next door. It s probably better for business travellers and those with a car as it s a distance from the city centre and night markets" |

Booking service is very excellent!!! I am also a reservation staff of both hotel & travel company in Phuket., January 6, 2009 by Khun Kanlaya Yodkaew Visit Date:January 3, 2009 "The hotel is very nice, good view of Doi Suthep. But we (me & my boyfriend)had food poisoning from the hotel breakfast. We can t go any place we would like to go, just stay in the room and go to toilet every 20 mins. Very disappointed with my first holiday in Chiangmai. No shopping, no anything. End of my trip, we got home now." |
Very good. I will be their repeat customer in the future., January 2, 2009 by Dr.Virachai Vannukul Visit Date:December 31, 2008 "1. It is a 2.5 star hotel.2. January 21, 2007 by Harthoorn Visit Date:January 11, 2007 "Always a success, we stay there every year ( 5 years now in a row) in the doi suthep wing and for tbt 1.550 you never get any more space , service and breakfast and.............swimmingpool in Chiang Mai. Thanks staff. Only one minor point. Please please let the band play - in the evening - a litle bou bou noi !! " |
OK, July 14, 2006 by Sung-Jae Lee Visit Date:July 10, 2006 "Terrible hotel!, Seems like you are isolated in a big giant cave. I reserved a deluxe room and the hotel gave me an upgrade to the junior suite, which was nothing but a huge hut with very dim lights. Hotel itself is very run down and old. Need renovation all over the place. Breakfast was awful. Front desk receptionist was so bad and unfriendly. It seems as though they resent working there!. The hotel taxi driver (the one who drives beat-up Toyota van with the hotel logo) rip us off with very fat commission when he took us to a bar, which was partially confirmed by the doormans. Only bright side was the bell boys who are very willing to help with luggages and suggestions! nice guys! Location is very isolated and hard to get the taxi in front of the hotel and you have to rely on this shabby hotel taxi driver " |
