We had cockroaches crawling out of the taps, shower, behind the sink and cracks in the walls in the bathroom. The room did not feel clean and the place is situated on an extremely noisy and busy street with nothing to dull the noise. There is no lift so we had to carry our many heavy bags up four flights of stairs ourselves after a long day of travelling and the staff are extremely unwelcoming and rude. This friendly tone between the staff and me lasted throughout all my days at the hotel.The prices were good on the room, but one of the two roms I sleeped in could have had a better standard. The hotel is in the middle of everything and it makes it easy to get around. As I mentioned in the beginning, the best of all was the great staff and their friendly eeffort to make you feel at ease there. It worked great for me!
