For tourists, Bangkok has a feast of attractions to offer. The city is dotted with 400 glittering Buddhist temples of great beauty and fascination, magnificent palaces, classical dance extravaganzas, numerous shopping centres and traditional ways of life, especially along the "Venice of the East" timeless canals and the Chao Phraya River of the "River of Kings" winding through the city. by DB Visit Date:January 5, 2012 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "We stayed for one night in the hotel and that was more than enough. Although the owner was very hospitable and helpful, the hotel location is a bit dodgy and also the staff that works in the hotel does not speak a single word of foreign language (we tried english, german...). There was no hot water and the wifi did not work in the room. In the morning we were in a hurry, it took about 20 mins to explain to the staff that we need a taxi immediatelly. Not a bad option if you stay for one night but for a longer stay, I would go for another hotel. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" |
